How do you protect my credit card information?

Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

PayPal : You can also choose to pay by PayPal. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. The new certificates signed using the SHA-256 algorithm and VeriSign’s 2048-bit G5 Root Certificate.

Can I see images or clips before making a purchase?

Yes, it's possible.

The original resolution of videos and photos are 3840x2160 pixels. The previews on our website is on 640x480 low resolution and watermarked. We may be able to offer customized licensing and account options that provide for sensitive use, license transfers, team use, and other benefits.

What do “commercial license” and “editorial license” mean?

The majority of the clips and photos on the site are cleared for commercial use. These clips have model and property releases, and thus may be used in virtually any commercial or editorial context, including:

commercials for online or broadcast use
documentary or journalistic videos
feature-length and short films
explainers and corporate videos

Are the video files compatible with my editing program?

Clips are provided in MP4 and MOV formats. We use Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) and PhotoJPEG codecs to make sure you get the best quality and flexibility in editing. If you need your clip in a different codec or format, please contact customer service.

What is your refund policy ?

Because you can preview clips, photos, and their specs before licensing, we do not offer refunds. If there are technical issues with an item you’ve downloaded, please contact us at info@photolondon.co.uk We’ll send you a working file as quickly as possible.

Why can’t I sign in?
